RETURN or EXCHANGE

You can always change your mind and if you do this within 7 days, you can always return your purchase or exchange it for something else.

The returned products should still be in good condition, like how we sent them to you. They also have to be complete and unused. Make sure they are well packed when you send them back, because paper products can be very fragile. Shipping costs are not refunded.

‘Custom Made’ products can not be returned.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you order with us, everything should be in perfect condition. Handmade paper is not entirely spotless en smooth, but there should be no folds, cracks, stains or anything like that. If your product is damaged however when you open your package, you can just contact us and we will fix this of course.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

If you have a discount coupon for our online shop you can use this when you are checking out. For more information about current coupons, you can always contact us or look for them on our social media.

When you are buying more then 30 items the system will automatically switch to the wholesale discount. So if you are a store or business and you would like to buy more then 30 items, the system will give you the wholesale price automatically.
